Step #1 Insta-Bar Master Model Process

1. You will need the Inst-Bar Master Model System
2. You will need Stellar pick up material
3. Titanium non -engaging cylinders DO NOT use impression copings
4. After screwing down and torqueing the titanium cylinders take an X-ray to ensure that everything is seated
5. Wrap Dental floss around the titanium cylinders as depicted in the video to stop the links from falling down to the tissue
6. Select the proper length Inst-Bar Links and place them the titanium cylinders

•  Position the Inst-Bar Link over the titanium cylinders ensuring that there is a gap around the cylinder so that the link will sit on the floss.  It is best the the Insta-Bar Link does not have to touch the tissue, this will make it easier to stack the easy bars.

Step #2 Insta-Bar Adding Light Cure Stellar MateriAL by Taub to bond the Inst-Bar LinkS together

1. Position the Inst-Bar Links in place and inject enough light cured, non-shrinking flowable composite to tack the link bars in place so that MAKE SURETHEY DO NOT MOVE.  Next cure and add Stellar or any type of resin to make the connections stronger especially on the intaglio.
2. Once this is set, unscrew from the mouth and try to move the easy bar to ensure that there is NO movement. If there is ANY movement, add more material and then screw it back in and let it set. Then unscrew and test it again to ensure no movement.
3. Once the Inst-Bar Links are bonded together and are solid with no movement, unscrew and remove the Inst-Bar System.
